Here at Crop your wellbeing is always our priority. Every new client that is visiting us for a colouring service will require a complimentary allergy alert test. This also applies to clients who have not had a colour appointment with us for over 6 months.
We will require you to visit the salon at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. A team member will apply a small patch of colour behind your ear, please leave it for 48 hours.
During this time if you notice any irritations please let us know straight away. We will check the area before your appointment and ask you to sign the consultation form confirming you received an allergy test.
Not a problem, we are registered with colour safe. This is an online system where you can register for a Colour Safe passport on the link below. Once you have registered you will need to buy a colour safe test online and send us your results via your colour safe passport.
Please note colour safe tests cost £15.
Please CLICK HERE and send your results to Crop salons Ltd. Once you have a colour safe passport you can have your hair coloured at any participating salon for up to 6 months.

All our hair colours are ammonia free, paraben free and vegan friendly and we always try our best to seek out the most ethical products available to use that still deliver results.
Whatever direction you take you will still need an allergy alert test.
